Roofing in Molonglo Valley: new metal roofs, new-build issues
Because Molonglo's suburbs are mostly built since the 2010s, you won't find tile restoration work here — it's almost entirely Colorbond metal on modern, low-pitch rooflines. New doesn't mean problem-free, though. We're called for builder-defect flashings that were never sealed properly, valley and penetration leaks on complex modern designs, box gutters that pond, and gutter-guard installs for the leaf litter the young street trees will soon drop.
